BRAND REPRESENTSTION

Act as the face of the brand across social media platforms and at events.

CONTENT CREATION 

Develop and curate captivating organic video and static content for Facebook, Instagram, and (TikTok), ensuring each piece aligns perfectly with our brand voice and messaging.

CONTENT CALENDAR

Efficiently manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule, driving audience engagement and brand interaction.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

Actively monitor social media channels, responding promptly and authentically to comments and messages to foster community engagement and enhance brand loyalty.

PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS

Track and analyze social media metrics to assess content effectiveness, providing actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.

CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT

Partner closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute promotional campaigns and events that enhance brand visibility and engagement.

TREND AWARENESS

Stay updated on the latest content trends and social media best practices to keep our strategies innovative and relevant.

MARKETING SUPPORT

Support the marketing team with other related tasks, such as print media design, partnership development, blogging, SEO, and more. 

QUALIFICATIONS

Program Qualifications

  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or a related Business discipline with relevant marketing experience.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, complemented by a charismatic and engaging personality.

  • Adaptability: Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

  • Time Management: Demonstrated capability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines while juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

  • Location & Transportation: Candidates must be based in the Boston area, able to commute to the office when needed, and have reliable transportation for work-related tasks and events.

  • Smartphone Requirements: Candidates must have a smartphone capable of recording high-quality video (e.g., Samsung Galaxy S21 FE, iPhone 13, or newer), with support for 4K recording at 60fps and adequate storage capacity.

  • Proactive Attitude: A go-getter mentality, eager to learn, and willing to dedicate hours to achieve objectives.
     

Nice-to-Have:

  • Social Media Familiarity: Experience with social media platforms and best practices, or active involvement as a micro-influencer.

  • Design Skills: Familiarity with graphic design principles, mainly using tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop.

  • Video Editing Experience: Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva) to produce engaging, high-quality video content.
