Marketing Intern

RentWise Boston, part of the East Coast Realty family, is a rental platform founded in Boston, MA. Our platform shows significant rental apartment buildings rather than units. In this way, our agents can help apartment-seekers find the apartment of their dreams without getting scammed. Our platform also shows the latest deals, has an easy feature to submit multiple buildings of interest, and has established excellent partnerships to offer discounts at local small businesses.

RentWise Boston is currently in the process of rebranding and is getting ready for the rental season. We are looking for an outgoing undergraduate/ graduate student who enjoys taking up new responsibilities and challenges and hopes to put their marketing skills to the test. 

​

Our ideal candidate must have some experience/knowledge in most marketing principles but does not have an expert in everything. 
 

The Position

​> DESCRIPTION

  • Setup, monitor, and manage paid media ad campaigns across multiple platforms (including Google, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn)

  • Manage budgets, performance, and optimizations, ensuring campaign performance meets and exceeds our goals.

  • Take ownership of our social media accounts, including organizing calendars, posting content, and analyzing performance

  • Adjust website designs and implement SEO practices

  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels

  • Create content for social media (posts & reels), paid media (posters, Collateral), and the website (blogs, and other textual/visual content). 

  • Stay up to date with latest best practices and technologies

 > REQUIREMENTS

  • Completing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or related fields/ with relevant experience

  • Familiarity with Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google (organic and paid)

  • Outstanding written communication and presentation skills

  • Experience with Canva  and Google Workspace

  • Be a team-player, and have an enthusiastic, outgoing, and positive attitude.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time.

  • Must be able/ willing to travel within the Boston Area with their own transportation.

 > NICE TO HAVE'S

  • Familiarity with Web Design and WIX 

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite

 > INFORMATION

  • Salary: $15.00/hour

  • Hybrid

  • 15-20/hours a week
