Real Estate Agent


  • Bachelor's Degree is desirable, but not required​

  • Must be able to demonstrate cooperative behavior/attitude with team members

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, accept OPT or CPT students

  • Real Estate License in MA state is preferred

  • Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred


  • Research the market, its available listing and area amenities 

  • Advertise properties for rent and sale

  • Draw up any necessary paperwork-application, lease, etc

  • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally presenting one or the other. 

  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters 

  • Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of the property, advising them on suitability and value of the homes they are visiting

  • Coordinate property closing, overseeing signing of documents and disbursements of funds

  • Develop networks of attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors to whom clients may be referred.
